Flat Roofing Maintenance
We start off the inspection by looking for interior signs of roofing issues, like mold, water marks on the ceiling, ect. The next step is to clean debris and dirt off of the roof as well as making sure there are no tree branches hanging over the roof. This is important because debris and overhanging tree limbs will ware down and eventually destroy your roof.
After the roof is cleaned inspect the roof joints, flashings, drains, exterior structural components like sky lights and chimneys, and that old roofing repairs are still are sound. If there are any repairs found, adjustments will be made accordingly.
Foam Roofing Maintenance
Foam roofs can save you a lot of money in utilities, but if you do not properly maintain them, you will spend a lot of money on replacing them. With the adverse weather conditions that we experience in the Phoenix Metro Valley, intense sun-rays and monsoon storms, a large array of small problems can come about. It is important to remedy these small problems before they evolve into bigger problems.

When this has been completed, we inspect the roof for hail damage, blisters, and other damage.
Foam Roof Re-coating
Foam roofs should be re-coated every five years. Depending on what we find during the roofing inspection, we may need to recoat your roof.
Foam roofs are best to recoat during the months of April-May and October-November as these are times of optimal temperatures. To recoat your foam roof, we first clean off the roof surface via a power washer. After the roof is clean, two coats of coating are applied an the whole process usually takes 2-3 days.
