Castile Roofing is owned by a native Phoenician, Alfonso Larriva. After graduating from Stanford University, Alfonso moved back home to Phoenix to start his career of being a serial entrepreneur. Over the past decades, Alfonso has owned an operated many businesses in the construction industry, including a windows and door company in Scottsdale, a general contracting business in Phoenix, and a real estate holding company that holds hundreds of properties here in the Phoenix Metro Valley. Alfonso leaned quickly what it takes to survive and thrive in this industry and focused on building his businesses on these principles. Alfonso believes that the pinnacle of his success rests on the principles of integrity, honesty, loyalty, and always delivering the highest standards of quality at a great price. Meet Our Lead Roofer
Mr. Lenin Munoz is Castile’s lead roofers. His dad owned a roofing business so Mr. Munoz (you can call him Lenin) grew up roofing and learning the nuances of the trade. He has over two decades of experience working on commercial and residential roofs alike and has come to love the Arizona heat. Lenin is in charge of the roofing operations at Castile Roofing. His attention to detail and stands of excellence are unparalleled. He has been known to arrive at job sites early to inspect each aspect of the job and ensure that our customers receive nothing but the best.
Lenin is the one that you will be coordinating the job with from the time we start the job until we finish.
