Why should I replace broken tiles?

Having a broken tile may not seam like a big deal but, if it is not repaired or replaced it will most likely evolve into to larger and more complex problems. When you have broken tiles the felt underlayment beneath your tile becomes exposed to the sun and other Arizona whether conditions which will deteriorate  your felt leaving you susceptible to roof leaks and dry rotted wood.

Does Castile Roofing offer warranties?

Yes, we do offer roofing warranties. The warranty depends on on the quality and type of materials that we use on the job.

How can I be sure that the roofing supplier will be paid in full?

In Arizona, roofing suppliers can only place pre-liens on commercial jobs. So if you have a residential property that needs roofing done, there is not need to worry.

For commerical properties, you can choose to pay separately. Make a check payable to the supplier in the amount stated on the pre-lien for the portion of materials we purchased from them. Then pay Castile Roofing the rest of the balance of our invoice.

What is the difference between 15lb. and 30lb. felt?

The difference between the two different types of felt is the thickness. The pitch and types of materials on the roof dictates which type of felt is to be used.
